Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow us 1 - 2 business days to get your order ready for shipping, we make everything that it is possible to process it as soon as possible.

What about national and international shipping?

We do ship both international and national, if you live anywhere in Canada you will most likely get your order fast, within 4 to 8 business days. However if you live outside Canada it will take longer.

How about Import duties and taxes?

Customers are 100% responsible for any import duties, taxes or local importation charges.

Returns? 

Unfortunately at the moment we cannot offer free returns as we are a very small company.
